Analysis
Once upon a time (from 2012 to 2014) I worked out of San Francisco as a consultant for Accenture.
Here you'll find more details about my experience and skills, including general and business process analysis and recommendation, writing and implementing of training, solution design, etc -- all organized according to project.

Government of Haiti in Port-au-Prince
Project description: Overhaul the Ti Manman Cheri aid program, which (at the time) would distribute money to mothers so that they could send their children to school
Responsibilities: This was a bit of an unusual project, as there were only two of us to do everything. And so the two of us did everything: requirements and current state analysis, data cleaning, integration with third party programs like Western Union and mobile banking, solution design, writing and giving training, designing reporting, etc. We also designed reports for the Prime Minister's dashboard to give him a good overview of current construction projects in the country, including their funding source and progress.
Ask me about: French vs Creole, fording a river in a jeep, navigating offices at odds with each other, embarrassing myself with false cognates in French, motorcycling up to the Citadelle, working with the international aid industry, working with a foreign government, designing a solution that would take into account a spotty infrastructure, how much I miss it

Investment firm in Los Angeles and Orange County
Project description: Design and implement a Salesforce.com instance to streamline to investment process internationally and then train the workforce
Responsibilities: Help streamline business processes and ascertain they are reflected in the Salesforce.com instance, write training according to role, deliver training courses to firm employees
Ask me about: Navigating Los Angeles, consistently getting sunburned after 15 minutes outside, accidentally learning stick shift, handling Danish lessons at 3 am Pacific Time.

Health insurance firm in Sacramento
Project description: Design, implement, deploy, and train users on a brand new combined system to run their company's different services and workflows.
Responsibilities: Gathering and finalizing business requirements, streamlining business processes, defining functionalities of the new Salesforce.com instance, and testing the whole thing once it was finished
Ask me about: My weekly commute through Napa, figuring out how to live more in a hotel than at home, my short and stressful unofficial role as planner for large and fancy events

Internal project, working remotely (from home in my foggy dream city of SF) with a team out of Canada
Project description: Determining the best ways to institute the use of Chatter (Salesforce.com's enterprise social network and collaboration tool) across a company and project
Responsibilities: Analysis, metrics, and reporting on usage rates and reasons; making a training Sharepoint site
Ask me about: accidentally picking up a Canadian accent, figuring out how consulting worked on the fly, learning how to delicately handle a slight case of nepotism, finally meeting my coworkers in SF in a warehouse floor filled with giant beanbags
